		<description>Came here via Breed &#039;em and Weep also.   I love reading B&#039;EAW because at last I found someone in the kitchen worse than me.  I am in desperate need of good healthy recipies so I appreciate this site very much.

I will definately check out the cookbook.

(BTW, my dad&#039;s side of the family is Mennonite so I appreciate the kind shout out to them as well.  They are indeed a thoughtful and generous group and by god can they cook!!)</description>

You&#039;ve got to try the carrot casseole dish (p. 249)- It seems weird, but is lovely - especailly is you let it sit a day and reheat it.

We served it with roasted brussel sprouts and red onions.  

Kid friendly?  Only for one of mine.</description>
